Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in Gary's Audio Mixing services. Before using our services, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services: Gary's Audio Mixing offers audio mixing services to clients for music and other audio productions. The services provided by Gary's Audio Mixing include mixing, equalization, compression, mastering, and other audio editing tasks as requested by the client.
2. Payment: Payment for Gary's Audio Mixing services must be made Half before and in full after the work on a project is complete. Payment can be made via PayPal- garysaudiomixingllc, Venmo, or Zelle- 732-645-6425. Prices for services are subject to change and will be communicated to the client in advance of the work being performed.
3. Copyright: The client warrants that they have the legal right to use and distribute any audio content provided to Gary's Audio Mixing for mixing or editing. The client will indemnify and hold harmless Gary's Audio Mixing from any and all claims or liabilities resulting from the unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material.
4. Confidentiality: Gary's Audio Mixing agrees to keep all client information and materials confidential and will not share any information or files with any third party without the client's express written consent.
5. Revisions: Gary's Audio Mixing will provide one revision of the final mix or edit free of charge. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges at the discretion of Gary's Audio Mixing.
Turnaround Time: Gary's Audio Mixing will strive to complete all projects in a timely manner. However, due to the nature of audio editing, there may be delays in completion. Gary's Audio Mixing will provide an estimated turnaround time for each project, but this is not a guarantee.
6. Liability: Gary's Audio Mixing will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or any other consequential damages.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any work completed up to that point and any outstanding fees.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States of America.
